We start with a free 20-minute call so I can learn about your business, your goals and your voice. From there I handle everything — writing, posting and optimizing — while you focus on running your business.
Which platforms do you manage?
I focus on Instagram, Facebook and Google Business Profile — the three platforms that matter most for local small businesses in Calgary and Toronto. I also help with website content and SEO, so your whole online presence stays fresh, consistent and easy to find.
How quickly will I see results?
Most clients start seeing follower growth and increased engagement within the first 4-6 weeks. Meaningful results — more customers through the door — typically build over 2-3 months of consistent work.
Do you write all the content yourself?

Hi, I'm Mark.
I spent eight years working in PR and communications — for agencies, nonprofits, and organizations of all sizes. Along the way, I developed a real passion for helping smaller, local businesses find their voice and get noticed — the kind of businesses that are the backbone of cities like Calgary and Toronto.
So I started Mark Bezdek Communications to focus on exactly that.
